Same-day crowns – Omni Camera for scans and Cerec Mill

CEREC OMNICAM uses CAD/CAM (Computer Aided Designing/ Computer Aided Milling) technology, incorporating a camera, computer and milling machine in one instrument. The dentist uses a special camera to take an accurate picture of the tooth. This optical impression is then transferred and displayed on a colored computer screen, where the dentist uses CAD technology to design the restoration. Then CAM takes over and automatically creates the restoration with the help of the machine. Finally, the dentist bonds the new restoration to the surface of the old tooth. The whole process takes about one hour. CEREC OMNICAM can prepare partial crowns, complete crowns, fixed bridge, porcelain inlays, porcelain veneers or laminates to preserve healthy tooth structures.

1. The dentist performs the restoration in a single session.
2. No unpleasant impression material to bite on.
3. No follow-up appointments.
4. CEREC OMNICAM uses blocks of ceramic which gives the restoration a natural look making it biocompatible, high-grade, anti-abrasive and plaque-resistant.
5. No need to use a temporary prosthesis as the final prosthesis is inserted directly.
6. It has long-term stability in the oral cavity.
The restorations are extremely, safe, precise and effective.

Comprehensive Solutions

Our team believes that prevention and early detection are best our our clients. The DIAGnodent aids us in detecting even the earliest signs of dental decay. This enables us to provide minimally invasive and tooth-preserving treatment. The DIAGnodent operates by means of laser light (not an X-ray). Often tooth decay starts in hard-to-see valleys and canyon-like anatomy of the tooth surface, which is difficult to detect in traditional X-rays.
